ABOUT
The Annual 8U Major/Minor Great Northwest Challenge will take place March 15-17, 2024 at Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett, WA. All games will be played either on the Community Ice Rink or the Main Ice (Home of the Everett Silvertips) at the Angel of the Winds Arena.

4 Game Guarantee
Governing Rules
- Submit a copy of your official/approved USA Hockey or Hockey Canada Roster.
- ANY PLAYERS, COACHES OR MANAGERS NOT LISTED ON THE OFFICIAL ROSTER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ENTER THE BENCH.
-Submit an approved travel permit if your affiliate requires one.
- All games will be played on half ice, 4 on 4 with fully equipped goalies.
-Each game will consist of two (2) 22 minute run clock periods. Each game will include a 3-minute warm up time prior to the game start and 1 minutes between periods. There will be no overtime or shootouts.
-Standings will be compiled by the following point structure: 2 points will be awarded for a win, 1 point for a tie, and 0 points for a loss.
-Canadian teams will abide by BC Hockey/Hockey Canada equipment rules.
